This single-varietal Cabernet Sauvignon is crafted from very ripe grapes grown on a south-facing schist parcel, a terroir that naturally enhances concentration and depth. Hand-harvested late in the season—often in early November—the grapes reach optimal maturity, allowing the wine to fully express richness and structure.

A long, gentle maceration extracts intense color, silky tannins, and a fleshy texture, resulting in a wine built for aging while remaining beautifully balanced in its youth.
