DEPHY FARMS NETWORK
Since 2013, we have been part of the DEPHY Farms Network, a national community of committed farmers working alongside agricultural experts to rethink tomorrow’s farming practices.
As a key pillar of the Ecophyto plan, the DEPHY initiative tests, promotes, and develops innovative farming methods that significantly reduce the use of phytosanitary products — while maintaining strong economic performance and delivering environmental and social benefits.
It relies on a nationwide network spanning all types of production and supported by research, development, and technical partners.
Today, the DEPHY Farms Network brings together more than 3,000 farms voluntarily engaged in reducing pesticide use and building a more sustainable future for agriculture.
HVE Level 3 – High Environmental Value Certification
In December 2019, following more than 20 years of environmental commitment, Famille Bonnin achieved HVE Level 3 certification — the highest and most demanding level of France’s environmental accreditation for farms.
This voluntary certification highlights farms that adopt rigorous, environmentally respectful practices. It assesses four essential pillars:

Water resource protection
HVE Level 3 is based on measurable results and strict performance indicators. This certification, which allows us to label our wines as “from a High Environmental Value farm”, guarantees our estate’s exemplary environmental performance.
